I am starting right in the middle.  This is the cylindrical part of the ship between the reactor and the main hull area.  It has the T-junction with the air locks where the Empire boards the ship along with the communications array.  I think that this is the most challenging part of the ship as cylinders do not build easily in Lego<sup>TM<\/sup>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To start easy, this is the construction of the one of the two main trusses that run the length of this section. This truss has 435 pieces in it, mostly 1&#215;8 Technic<sup>TM<\/sup> bricks and 1&#215;8 plates. I have found that the using the 1&#215;8 brick and plate combination is the strongest, most economical approach to construction the &#8220;chords&#8221; of the trusses.
